Discipline

The Kitchener Soccer Club and Kitchener TFC hold our athletes, members, spectators, volunteers and referees to standards outlined in our Club's Code of Conduct and Club Policies. The Code of Conduct and Club Polices are available for review HERE. Failure to uphold the Club's standards outlined in our Code of Conduct and Club Policies may result in disciplinary action.

Discipline cases are handled by the Discipline Committee. All cases will be assessed by Discipline by Review when appropriate. Cases that require a hearing are heard in-person Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm or on Wednesday evenings via Zoom at 6pm. Involved parties will be formally notified in writing via email when a discipline case has been heard, an investigation opened and/or a hearing set.

In addition to violations of Club Policies, House league game infractions are subject to review by the Discipline Committee and will be handled via Discipline by Review where applicable.

Parties may appeal the Club's Discipline Decision by filing an appeal with Southwest Regional Soccer Association.
