The co-ed Parent & Tot program requires parent or guardian on-field participation. Each session is run by an instructor.

The Active Start program is a great way to get your child moving and engaged with other kids in a fun team environment. They will learn the basic concepts of soccer, and enjoy scrimmages against other teams. The playing format is 3v3 without a goalie. Please note that all players are required to wear shin guards.

The U7 FUNdamentals program is played 3 versus 3 without a goalie, and each session is 60 minutes in length.

U8 & U9 FUNdamentals program is played 5 versus 5 with a goalie, and each session is 60 minutes in length and is twice per week.

Learn to Train U10-U11 plays a 7 versus 7 format. All sessions are twice per week, and 75 minutes per session. Stats and standings will not be kept. Every athlete will receive a medal at the end of the season.

For the U12-U13 divisions, games are played in a 9 versus 9 format. All sessions are twice per week, and 75 minutes per session. Stats and standings will not be kept. All players will receive a medal at the end of the season.

The U14-U15 and U16-U18 divisions play an 11 versus 11 format. The U14-U15 divisions play twice per week for 75 mins. The U16-U18 divisions play once per week – boys on Wednesdays and girls on Thursdays. Each session is 75 minutes long. Stats and standings will be kept, and the season will conclude with play-offs.
